Returns & Refund

At RomenTrends, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Non-returnable Items: Certain products such as personal care items, opened electronics, or custom orders may not be eligible for return.

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

To start a return, email us at info@romentrends.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos if applicable. Our team will respond with instructions within 24–48 hours.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
